Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of BRIDGE’s coordination services and this website. By contacting BRIDGE, registering a case, or using this site, you agree to them.

Acceptance of terms

By using BRIDGE’s services — by phone, WhatsApp, this website, or in person — you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and, where applicable, our Patient Consent & Confidentiality Form. If you do not agree, please do not use BRIDGE.

What BRIDGE is — and is not

BRIDGE is a clinical health coordination and continuity service. BRIDGE is not a hospital or clinical provider, not a telemedicine platform, not a booking app, and not an emergency service.
All clinical acts — diagnosis, prescription, investigation, and procedure — are performed by the licensed providers BRIDGE coordinates access to, never by BRIDGE itself. BRIDGE’s role is coordination, follow-up, and accountability for the pathway between those acts.

Eligibility

You must be able to enter into a binding agreement to use BRIDGE directly. Where a case involves a minor or a person unable to consent for themselves, a parent, guardian, or authorised representative must register and consent on their behalf.

Fees & payment

Fees shown on this site are BRIDGE’s coordination fees. Charges from the licensed providers, laboratories, or facilities involved in your care — including consultation, investigation, medication, and procedure costs — are billed separately by those providers and are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give accurate information about your situation, to respond to reasonable follow-up contact from a coordinator, and to inform BRIDGE promptly if your circumstances or contact details change during an open case.

Not for emergencies

BRIDGE is not an emergency service and cannot guarantee an immediate response. In a medical emergency, call 112 or go directly to the nearest hospital.

Third-party providers

BRIDGE coordinates access to independent, licensed providers, laboratories, and travel partners. BRIDGE is not responsible for the clinical judgment, treatment decisions, or services delivered by those third parties, though we review reports and follow up on outcomes as part of our coordination role.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Ghanaian law, BRIDGE’s liability is limited to the coordination services we directly perform. BRIDGE is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent licensed providers, nor for outcomes arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided to us.

Termination

You may close your case at any time by notifying a coordinator. BRIDGE may decline or discontinue coordination where use of the service is unsafe, abusive, or fraudulent, or where continued coordination is no longer clinically appropriate.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Ghanaian courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as BRIDGE grows. Continued use of BRIDGE after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
