Membership & fees
Membership creates the relationship. Case fees pay for the work.
Membership gives you a documented, consented relationship with BRIDGE. Case fees cover the actual coordination each case requires.
Access levels
A higher tier buys more access, continuity, and responsiveness from BRIDGE. It does not buy preferential clinical treatment from a provider.
[CONFIRM BEFORE LAUNCH] Membership prices, payment cadence, and case fee ranges.

What a case fee pays for
- Coordinator time: calls, follow-ups, and chasing
- Verification of options, availability, and known costs
- Arranging appointments, referrals, and investigations
- Document organisation and permissioned sharing
- Family updates and summaries where authorised
- Follow-up, barrier resolution, and documented closure
Provider charges, tests, medicines, transport, and home-care partner rates are paid to those providers, not to BRIDGE.
What membership does not mean
- It is not insurance and does not pay medical bills
- It is not unlimited coordination work
- It does not guarantee provider availability or price
- It does not guarantee a clinical outcome
- It does not give one member priority clinical treatment over another patient
Deposits, cancellation, and expiry
Deposits
A deposit may be required before extended or out-of-scope coordination begins. The amount and what it covers are stated before work starts.
Refunds
Where agreed work has not been carried out, the unused portion is refundable under the published refund rule. Work already performed is not refundable.
Cancellation
You may cancel a case at any time. Third-party charges already incurred with providers remain payable to them.
When membership expires
Active cases are completed or handed back with a documented summary. Records are retained under the published retention schedule; new cases require renewal.
Financial hardship
Some pathways are funded by partner programmes for defined groups. Where sponsored access exists, eligibility and limits are stated. Ask us rather than assuming.
Payment method
Payments are taken through an established Ghana-compatible processor. BRIDGE does not store card details.
[CONFIRM BEFORE LAUNCH] Processor and payment cadence.
