VERAi BRIDGE is a membership-based care coordination service for people and families in Ghana. We help members move through appointments, referrals, investigations, discharge, home support, and family communication.
Purpose
To make it easier for people in Ghana to find their way through care when appointments, referrals, reports, discharge, home support, or family coordination become difficult.

We help people and families find, organise, and follow through on the care they need.

A Ghana where no patient or family has to work through a difficult healthcare situation alone.
What BRIDGE is not
This keeps the service safe to use, and accountable.
- Not a directory. We do not publish a public list of provider contacts.
- Not a hospital or clinic. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or treat.
- Not a telemedicine service. Consultations remain with licensed providers.
- Not an anonymous advice line. Personalised coordination requires membership and consent.
- Not an emergency or ambulance service. Urgent concerns are directed to 112.
- Not insurance, and not unlimited coordination work.

Data is handled under the Ghana Data Protection Act 2012, and updates are shared only with consent.

Clinical oversight and governance
Licensed, experienced practitioners design and review our coordination protocols, red-flag screening, escalation rules, and documentation standards.
Complaints and adverse events go through a clear process, and someone is accountable for each one.
